2 About the medal
Medal which call medallion, it is an honor for those outstanding person. There are many material medal such as zinc alloy medal, copper medal and iron material. For the color, there are gold medal, silver medal and bronze medal, and the gold medal is the highest honor. For making the medal, we need to go through the process of die-casting(press), polish, plate, assemble and packing. It is hanging with a lanyard or ribbon which can be made with print, soft enamel and 3D logo. Medal use of different awards which can be divided into advanced individual medal, advanced collective medal, authorized the medal, joined the medal, member medal.
3 Buying Guide
• above price just for reference, if you want to know more price, please lease seller the message or send inquiry.
• seller will quote a reasonable price base on the logo and requirement you want
• seller will make a proforma invoice(PI) when price is deal.
• artwork will be send to buyer after settle the payment for sampling / moulding charge
• buyer can check the sample first then make mass order, or directly for mass order are ok, but the seller should make sample to confirm everything are right.
• seller will keep update the information during production
• buyer need to paid the balance before shipment
• seller will arrange the shipment as buyer’s requirement
4 After sale service
Seller will warrants all the products against defects due to workmanship or materials but does not cover the damage due to acts of god, abuse, improper maintenance & operation, dis-assembly of parts, scratches, any defects cause by your own driver or attempted repair, Terms:
* Buyer need the check all the products when they received them, if any outer carton damage, please take the photo and claim against the carrier.
* Buyer should inform the seller in 1 weeks when found the defective products.
* Seller need to respond for nothing if the buyer do any maintenance on the defective products without inform the seller.
* Seller guarantee for the defective ones, seller offer free replacement or maintenance, but buyer need to prove the defective with needed information, such as PI number, pictures, video, etc. (if can’t not confirm if it is quality problems or not , need send back the defective products and buyer should prepay shipping of sending back first)
* The seller will prepare the replaced goods to be sent to buyer within 1-2 month after receiving the return goods from buyer, but the parts can be sent to buyer within one month after the faulty are on the way to them to avoid delay.
* Regarding spare parts or replacement buyer will provide detailed info and record for goods return for the seller.
* The seller cannot change parts, materials design or any modifications for the products without informing the buyer, and agreed by both parties.
